While I’ve had the opportunity to lead operations across a wide range of organizations, from military commands to coffee brand expansions and working alongside some of the world’s largest logistics networks, I’ve discovered that my true passion is people.
Helping leaders grow, guiding teams through the fog of organizational complexity, and building systems that serve both purpose and performance... that’s what drives me.
I’m also a single father to two incredible kids, and everything I build is rooted in legacy, clarity, and impact. I founded Wayfound Consulting not just to support businesses, but to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential through grounded strategy, intentional leadership, and real human connection.
